There are charges for music and dancing at your event. It is mandatory for all events... we have to collect that fee from you and remit it on your behalf. SOCAN and Entandem are Canadian organizations that help businesses legally use music. Music Fees for <100 guests no dancing is $32.87 / with dancing is $65.78. Music Fees for >100 guests with no dancing is $47.28 / with dancing is $94.62.

Are you aware we provide chairs and tables only and that all other items will have to be rented by rent from outside companies. (e.g. Avalon Rentals, etc)

Have you been to an event at paddlewheel park before?

Your Security deposit will be charged to a credit card on hold at the time of booking and will be returned after cleaning and hall inspection after the event. Nothing will be charged to this card unless there are any damages or additional cleaning necessary.

I understand my initial booking deposit will be $1000 and the final amount will be 4 weeks before my event is scheduled to take place.

I understand that I am simply confirming my booking with this e-transfer deposit and that I will be contacted within the next 5 business days with a contract to sign and additional information.
