A lakeside community hall at Paddlewheel Park in Okanagan Landing, about 10 minutes from downtown Vernon. It's a favourite for affordable waterfront weddings, receptions and family gatherings.

Capacity
The association suggests about 150 guests for dinner and dancing, and its rental contract caps any event at 250 people under fire regulations. Confirm the right number for your layout.
Rates
The association's most recent published contract (dated January 2024) listed these 2025 rates:

Expect extra charges for admin, cleaning, event insurance (higher with alcohol), a refundable security deposit and a SOCAN music licence. 2026 and 2027 rates may be different. Confirm with the association before you budget.
Good to know
- You arrange your own BC Special Event Permit or a licensed caterer if serving alcohol. Drinks stay inside the hall and on the deck.
- The party moves indoors by 11 pm and wraps up by midnight.
- No confetti, rice or sparklers.
- Winter weekends are the best value, and great for Christmas parties.
